18 Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner’s final decision 19 denying her applications for Social Security disability insurance 20 benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income benefits 21 (“SSI”). The matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint 22 Stipulation, filed March 5, 2020, which the Court has taken under 23 submission without oral argument.
