PROCEEDINGS 18 Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner’s final decision 19 denying her application for Social Security supplemental security 20 income benefits (“SSI”). The matter is before the Court on the 21 parties’ Joint Stipulation, filed August 31, 2020, which the 22 Court has taken under submission without oral argument.
