I. Background

Unless otherwise stated, the facts below are taken from the Complaint (Case no. 20-02440, Dkt 1-1) (“Compl.”). On October 14, 2020, Plaintiff filed this putative wage and hour class action against Defendant in Superior Court of California, Orange County. See Compl.
