The parties 24 have fully briefed the issue in dispute, and the court deems the matter suitable for 25 adjudication without oral argument. 26 Plaintiff presents one disputed issue for decision, whether the Administrative 27 Law Judge (“ALJ”) properly determined that plaintiff did not suffer from a severe 28 1 impairment at step two.
