18 19 Plaintiff S.A.A.1 (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of the final decision of 20 the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner,” 21 “Agency,” or “Defendant”) denying his application for disability insurance 22 benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”), under Titles II and 23 XVI of the Social Security Act (the “Act”). This Court has jurisdiction under 42 24 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), and, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the parties 25 have consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned United States Magistrate 26 27 1 Judge. For the reasons stated below, the Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED 2 and this action is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this Order. 3 I.
