17 18 I. BACKGROUND 19 On April 28, 2020, Plaintiff Isis Nix (“Plaintiff”), represented by counsel— 20 Suzanne C. Leidner (“Ms. Leidner” or “Counsel”)—filed a Complaint 21 (“Complaint” or “Compl.”) seeking judicial review of a decision of the 22 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”). Electronic 23 Case Filing Number (“ECF No.”) 1, Compl.
