(“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint seeking review of 19 Defendant Commissioner of Social Security’s (“Commissioner”) denial of his 20 application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”). The parties filed consents to 21 proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge [Dkts. 11, 12] and 22 briefs addressing disputed issues in the case [Dkt. 16 (“Pltf.’s Br.”), Dkt. 17 (“Def.’s 23 Br.”), and Dkt. 18 (Pltf.’s Reply”).] The Court has taken the parties’ briefing under 24 submission without oral argument.
