Valerie Lopez and David Wellington (“Plaintiffs”) filed a pro se Complaint in this matter on February 22, 2021. (Dkt. 1.) The Magistrate Judge found that the Complaint failed to state facts sufficient to show the existence of federal subject matter jurisdiction and ordered Plaintiffs to show cause why this action should not be dismissed on this basis.
