PROCEDURAL HISTORY
20 On February 8, 2021, Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a 21 civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Dkt. No. 1.) On February 16, 22 2021, the Court dismissed the complaint with leave to amend. (Dkt. No. 5.) 23 Specifically, the Court found that the complaint was barred by the statute of 24 limitations and also that it failed to state a claim on which relief may be granted. 25 (Id. at 3-7.)
