INTRODUCTION 19 Pro se Plaintiff Vien Phuong Thi Ho brings a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) 20 for, among other things, fraudulent lending and debt collection practices against 21 Defendants Nationstar Mortgage, LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper (additionally sued erroneously 22 as Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc., and Mr. Cooper Group Inc.)
