17 I. INTRODUCTION 18 On June 16, 2020, the Court received a pro se putative class action lawsuit 19 filed by Plaintiffs Narvis Nonnette, William Roberts, and Richard Cooper, alleging 20 violations of their civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) 21 After Plaintiff Roberts severed his claims on August 31, 2020 (ECF No. 14) and 22 Plaintiff Cooper was terminated on October 16, 2020 (ECF No. 21), the only 23 remaining Plaintiff in this case is Plaintiff Nonnette (“Plaintiff”). Plaintiff filed a 24 Request to Proceed Without Prepayment of Filing Fees on September 15, 2020 (ECF 25 No. 16), which the Court granted on September 18, 2020 (ECF No. 17). 26 On October 22, 2020, the Court screened and dismissed the Complaint with 27 leave to amend.…
