OPINION AND ORDER

14 ANDREW SAUL, Commissioner of Social Security, 15 Defendant. 16 17 18 Plaintiff C.J.A.1 (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of the final decision of 19 the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner,” 20 “Agency,” or “Defendant”) denying his application for disability insurance 21 benefits (“DIB”), under Title II of the Social Security Act (the “Act”). This Court 22 has jurisdiction under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the 23 parties have consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned United States 24 Magistrate Judge. For the reasons stated below, the Commissioner’s decision is 25 REVERSED and this action is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent 26 with this Order. 27 1 I.
