Civ. Code §§ 1790 et seq., as well as the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (“Magnuson-Moss Act”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 2301 et seq., arising from the purchase of a vehicle in 2018. (See Dkt. 1, Notice of Removal (“NOR”) at ¶¶ 2, 24-25); (Dkt. 1-1, Complaint).
