INTRODUCTION 20 Plaintiff Luis Villegas alleges the sales counter, bathroom mirror, and parking 21 area at Defendant Starbucks Corporation’s coffee shop violate the Americans with 22 Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Unruh Civil Rights Act (“UCRA”). (Compl. ¶¶ 11– 23 31, ECF No. 1.)
