The Action arises out of an 24 automobile accident involving Plaintiff and a United 25 States Postal Service (“USPS”) delivery truck. 26 Presently before the Court are three motions filed 27 by the United States: (1) Motion for Partial Summary 28 1 Judgment [40] (“Partial MSJ”); Motion for Order to Limit
