BACKGROUND

24 On October 23, 2017, Plaintiff filed an application for disability insurance 25 benefits alleging disability beginning March 10, 2016. The application was denied 26

(AR 35-59.) 5 On January 3, 2020, the ALJ issued a decision finding that Plaintiff suffered 6 from the following medically severe impairments: obesity, fibromyalgia, anxiety 7 disorder, and depressive disorder.
