I. SUMMARY

18 On June 1, 2020, plaintiff Darnelle C. M. filed a Complaint seeking review 19 of the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of plaintiff’s application for 20 benefits. The parties have consented to proceed before the undersigned United 21 States Magistrate Judge. 22 This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross motions for summary 23 judgment, respectively (“Plaintiff’s Motion”) and (“Defendant’s Motion”) 24 (collectively “Motions”).
