18 19 Plaintiff J.J.G.1 (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner,” “Agency,” 20 or “Defendant”) denying his application for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”), 21 under Title II of the Social Security Act (the “Act”). This Court has jurisdiction 22 under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), the parties have 23 consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. 24 For the reasons stated below, the Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED and this 25 action is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this Order. 26 27 1 I.
