The parties filed consents to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge [Dkts. 11, 12] and briefs addressing disputed issues in the case [Dkt. 14 (“Pltf.’s Br.”) and Dkt. 15 (“Def.’s Br.”)].
