(“Plaintiff”) applied for Title II and Title XVI disability benefits alleging an onset date of May 1, 2015, when she was 45 years old and stopped working as an in-home care giver. Administrative Record (“AR”) 329–30, 459–60, 469, 643. On November 7, 2018, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by counsel, appeared and testified along with a vocational expert (“VE”) and a medical expert (“ME”).
