INTRODUCTION

18 19 Robert William L. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on July 1, 2020, seeking review of the 20 denial of his applications for Disability Insurance benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security 21 Insurance (“SSI”). (Dkt. No. 1.) On August 5, 2020, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 22 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 23 11-13.) On March 31, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 19.) 24 Plaintiff seeks an order reversing and remanding for further proceedings.
