In this case, Plaintiff Joshua Cuevas alleges that Defendant Ronald P. Tomsic, as Trustee of the Tomsic Living Trust, and unnamed Does violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), Disabled Persons Act, and Health and Safety Code, and also committed general negligence.
