17 18 INTRODUCTION 19 20 Margarito Martinez V. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on June 25, 2020, seeking review 21 of the denial of his application for a period of disability and disability insurance (“DI”). On 22 July 24, 2020, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the 23 undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 11, 12, 13.) On May 4, 2020, the 24 parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 21.) Plaintiff seeks an order reversing 25 the Commissioner’s decision and remanding for further proceedings including, but not limited 26 to, the taking of vocational expert testimony.
