17 INTRODUCTION 19 Margarito Martinez V. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on June 25, 2020, seeking review of the denial of his application for a period of disability and disability insurance (“DI”). On July 24, 2020, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 11, 12, 13.) On May 4, 2020, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 21.)
