Civ. Code §§ 1790, et seq., arising from his lease of a vehicle in 2020. (See Dkt. 1-1, Exh. A, Complaint at ¶¶ 8-33). On April 15, 2021, defendant removed the action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
