15 16 17 I. 18 INTRODUCTION 19 Plaintiff Florence Walker (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma 20 pauperis, filed a Complaint (“Complaint”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 21 1983”) alleging deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s serious medical needs in violation 22 of her Eighth Amendment rights and various state law claims.
