INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Florence Walker (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed a Complaint (“Complaint”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) alleging deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s serious medical needs in violation of her Eighth Amendment rights and various state law claims. For the reasons discussed below, the Court dismisses the Complaint with leave to amend. II.
