In accordance with the Court’s case management order, the parties have filed briefs addressing the merits of the disputed issues. The matter is now ready for decision. BACKGROUND On March 8, 2017, Plaintiff applied for disability insurance benefits, alleging disability since July 22, 2014. Plaintiff’s application was denied initially and on reconsideration.
