In accordance with the 20 Court’s case management order, the parties have filed briefs addressing the merits of 21 the disputed issues. The matter is now ready for decision. 22 BACKGROUND 23 On March 8, 2017, Plaintiff applied for disability insurance benefits, alleging 24 disability since July 22, 2014.
