(“plaintiff”) filed a Complaint in the Los Angeles County Superior Court against Liberty Mutual Group, Inc., (“Liberty”), West American Insurance Company (“West American”), and Arrowhead Wholesale Insurance Services, LLC (“Arrowhead”) (collectively, “defendants”), asserting claims for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of contract, and negligence.
