(“Plaintiff”) applied for Title II Social Security disability benefits alleging that she became unable to work fulltime on April 24, 2014, due to depression, anxiety, and stress-related physical disorders such as hypertension, insomnia, and incontinence. Administrative Record (“AR”) 173–74, 199, 212. In April 2014, she pursued a workers’ compensation claim alleging that her supervisor had caused her poor mental health by subjecting her to harassment and unfair treatment. AR 320.
