(“Plaintiff”) applied for Title II disability insurance benefits alleging an onset date of September 1, 2014. Administrative Record (“AR”) 287. On March 27, 2019, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by counsel, appeared and testified, along with a vocational expert (“VE”). AR 193–214. On April 10, 2019, the ALJ issued an unfavorable decision. AR 16–27.
