(“Plaintiff”) applied for Title II disability 21 insurance benefits alleging an onset date of September 1, 2014. Administrative 22 Record (“AR”) 287. On March 27, 2019, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) 23 conducted a hearing at which Plaintiff, who was represented by counsel, appeared 24 and testified, along with a vocational expert (“VE”). AR 193–214. On April 10, 25 2019, the ALJ issued an unfavorable decision.
