Plaintiff Malibu Behavioral Health Services, Inc., d/b/a South 22 California Road to Recovery (“Malibu”) brings a Second Amended Complaint 23 (“SAC”) against Defendants AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey 24 (“AmeriHealth”) and AmeriHealth’s agent, Magellan Healthcare, Inc.
