INTRODUCTION 19 On April 30, 2021, Plaintiff Christopher Williams (“Plaintiff”), a federal 20 inmate proceeding pro se, filed a Complaint alleging violations of his civil rights. 21 (Compl., ECF No. 1.) On June 11, 2021, the Court granted Plaintiff’s 22 Request to Proceed Without Prepayment of Filing Fees. (ECF Nos. 2, 6.) 23 The Court has screened the Complaint as prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1915A 24 and 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). For the reasons stated below, the Complaint is 25 DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff is ORDERED to, no later 26 than July 22, 2021, either: (1) file a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”), or 27 (2) advise the Court that Plaintiff does not intend to pursue this lawsuit further and 28 will not file a FAC. 1 II.
