17 Defendants. 18 19 I. INTRODUCTION 20 Plaintiff Duffy Archive Limited (“Duffy”) moves for default judgment against 21 Defendant Club Los Globos Corporation (“CLG”). (Mot. Default J. (“Motion” or 22 “Mot.”), ECF No. 15.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS Duffy’s 23 Motion.1 24 II. BACKGROUND 25 Duffy initiated this action against CLG for copyright infringement.
