PROCEEDINGS 18 Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner’s final decision 19 terminating his Social Security disability insurance benefits. 20 The matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint Stipulation, 21 filed December 23, 2020, which the Court has taken under 22 submission without oral argument.
