18 Plaintiff seeks review of the Commissioner’s final decision 19 denying his application for Social Security supplemental security 20 income benefits (“SSI”). The matter is before the Court on the 21 parties’ Joint Stipulation, filed April 2, 2021, which the Court 22 has taken under submission without oral argument.
