17 INTRODUCTION 19 Joy Elizabeth W. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on June 22, 2020, seeking review of the denial of her application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DI”). On July 20, 2020, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 11, 12, 14.) On June 17, 2020, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 23.) Plaintiff seeks an order reversing the Commissioner’s decision and awarding benefits, or, in the alternative, remanding for further proceedings. (Joint Stip. at 38.)
