(“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, 20 filed a complaint seeking review of the decision of the Commissioner of Social 21 Security denying his application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”). [Dkts. 22 1, 4.] The parties filed consents to proceed before the undersigned United States 23 Magistrate Judge [Dkts. 7 and 9].
