17 Plaintiff Janet E. F. (“Plaintiff”) seeks review of the final decision of the 18 Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner” or “Agency”) 19 denying her applications for Title II Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Title 20 XVI Supplemental Security Income Benefits (“SSI”). The parties have consented to 21 the jurisdiction of the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 22 U.S.C. § 636(c). 23 For the reasons stated below, the Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED, 24 and this action is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this Order. 25 /// 26
