Proceedings (In Chambers): ORDER FOLLOWING COURT TRIAL This ERISA dispute concerns the termination of Plaintiff Douglas B. Scott’s Long Term Disability (“LTD”) benefits and the denial of his claim for life insurance premium waiver benefits under an ERISA-governed employee benefits plan provided by Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (the “Plan”). Defendant Standard Insurance Company (“Standard”) argues that Standard properly concluded that Plaintiff was not disabled under the Plan’s “Any Occupation” definition of disability because Standard identified several light and sedentary jobs for which Plaintiff was qualified by his education and experience and physically able to perform.
