(“Citi”) appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s Order authorizing the sale of certain real property listed by a bankruptcy debtor on his schedule of property. In authorizing the sale, the Bankruptcy Court considered, but rejected, Citi’s claim to the real property. Citi filed an Opening Brief and an Appendix (Docs. 12-13), to which the Chapter 11 Trustee (“Trustee”) has responded (Doc. 14), filing the Trustee’s own Appendix (Doc. 15).
