On August 6, 2021, the Court dismissed the Complaint with leave to amend because it failed to state a claim on which relief could be granted. The Court warned Plaintiff that if she failed to file a First Amended Complaint by October 4, 2021, her lawsuit could be dismissed. On August 30, 2021, the Court’s dismissal order was returned as undeliverable, with the notation “Returned to Sender — Not Deliverable as Addressed — Unable to Forward.” She has not filed a change of address.
