On October 18, 2021, Plaintiff Yeong Lee filed this action against Defendant, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), as well as state law claims for violation of California’s Disabled Persons Act, violation of California’s Unfair Competition Act, and negligence.
