INTRODUCTION This action arises from a dispute involving proprietary intellectual property 20 between United Aeronautical Corporation (“United”) and Blue Aerospace, LLC 21 (“Blue Aero”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and the United States Air Force and the 22 United States Air National Guard (the “ANG”) (collectively, “Defendants”). 23 Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) for lack of 24 subject matter jurisdiction. (Mot. to Dismiss (“Motion” or “Mot.”), ECF No. 24.) For 25 the reasons below, the Court GRANTS the Motion.1 26
