Civ. Code §§ 1790, et seq., arising from his lease of a vehicle in 2019. (See Dkt. 1-1, Exh. A, Complaint). On October 20, 2021, defendant removed the action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to U.S.C. § 1332. (See…
