INTRODUCTION Appellants The X-Law Group, P.C., Filippo Marchino, Elba Hernandez, Young 21 Blue LLC (“YBL”), and Sandy Le (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal the Bankruptcy 22 Court’s denial of Appellants’ Special Motion to Strike and to Dismiss. (See Notice of 23 Appeal 7, 8, ECF No. 1.) For the reasons discussed below, the Court AFFIRMS the 24 Bankruptcy Court’s ruling and DISMISSES all grounds for appeal. 1 25
