Plaintiffs filed a motion to compel Defendant Kern County to produce Defendant Deputy Ayala’s withheld personnel records. (Doc. 25.) The parties concurrently filed a joint statement regarding Plaintiffs’ motion to compel on January 26, 2022. (Doc. 24.) For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs’ motion to compel is GRANTED. I. Relevant Background On March 9, 2021, Plaintiffs initiated this action by filing a complaint against Kern County and Deputy Ayala. (Doc. 1.)
