Thirty days from that date have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Instead, on January 21, 2022, plaintiff filed the Notice of Amendment form attached to the January 13, 2022 order. (ECF No. 9.) Attached to the Notice of Amendment form is a copy of the January 13, 2022 order. (Id.) Based on plaintiff’s failure to file an amended complaint within thirty days of the January 13, 2022 order, the undersigned recommends that this action be dismissed.
