Pablo P. Piña is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 12, 2021, Plaintiff indicated his consent to proceed before a U.S. Magistrate Judge for all purposes, including trial and entry of final judgment. (Doc. 12.)
