20 This matter is before the Court on Defendants Steven Gunderson (“Gunderson”), Ralph Vallimont (“Vallimont”), Chris Lechuga (“Lechuga”), Jeremy Johnson (“Johnson”), and William Boehm’s (“Boehm”) (collectively, “City Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 26.) Plaintiffs Richard Wade (“Wade”) and Savannah Champion (“Savannah”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have filed an opposition. (ECF No. 27.) City Defendants filed a reply. (ECF No. 29.)
