17 I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Plaintiff G.P.P., Inc. d/b/a Guardian Innovative Solutions (“GIS”)’s joint motion for a new trial and renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law. (Doc. 502.) Defendant Guardian Protection Products, Inc. (“Guardian”) opposes GIS’s motion. (Doc. 503.)
