17 On May 17, 2019, Plaintiff Ernest Cotterman (“Plaintiff”) initiated this lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, against his former employer Jan X-Ray Services, Inc. (“Defendant”) for alleged discrimination, retaliation, failure to prevent discrimination and retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, failure to engage in a good faith interactive process, declaratory judgment, denial of and discrimination based upon the use of sick leave, and wrongful termination.
